What the service is
This site provides two free browser-based utilities: one that builds links to thumbnail images that YouTube and Vimeo already publish, and one that resizes and compresses images locally on your device. No content is hosted, stored or served by this site.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools lawfully, and specifically not to:
- Infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of any third party.
- Attempt to access private, unlisted or otherwise restricted content.
- Use automated scripts, scrapers or bulk requests against the site.

Copyright and intellectual property
Thumbnail images belong to the creators and rights holders who made them. This site claims no ownership of any image accessed through it and grants you no licence to use any such image.
Downloading a publicly available thumbnail for private reference, research, commentary, criticism or study is generally accepted practice in most jurisdictions. Republishing a thumbnail as your own work, or using it commercially, normally requires permission from the rights holder. Exceptions such as fair use and fair dealing vary significantly between countries. You are responsible for how you use anything you download.
No affiliation
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by YouTube, Google LLC or Vimeo. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the tools do.
Availability
The tools depend on services operated by third parties. If YouTube or Vimeo changes how its thumbnails are published, parts of this site may stop working without notice. No uptime is promised and the service may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
