Huawei Nova Y90 Review – The Latest Huawei Mobile

Huawei introduced the new Huawei Nova Y90 mobile..with economical specifications, but it comes at a price that makes it compete in the middle class..and it features a battery that supports 40W charging a huge 6.7-inch screen with a high refresh rate..and a chic design. Today we will present to you a review of the new Huawei Nova Y90.

The Design

The design of this mobile phone is the best in it.. The design is very chic.. The interaction of color with the light reflections is very genius.. Also, there is a prominent circle in which the cameras and flashes are, which gives a distinctive and different look to the mobile.

The mobile phone is a bit large because of its large screen, its weight is 195 grams, which is heavy. Its thickness is 8.4 mm.

The Screen

A large 6.7-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of FHD + with a frequency of 90 Hz .. with excellent use of the edges of the screen, the upper edge is very small, and this is a good thing.

The screen has very good colors and I did not encounter any problems with it..the colors are correct without playing too much in the colors..the brightness of the screen under the sun is acceptable as an IPS LCD.

Of course, I would have loved that the screen was AMOLED.. But I go back and say that Huawei is the home of this mobile to compete in the economic category.

The Performance

Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with 6 nanometer technology .. This is the most popular processor currently in most phones from the first economy category, such as the Redmi Note 11 , and even medium phones, such as the Oppo Reno 8 4G .

I don’t have a problem with this processor, but you have to understand that this processor comes in order to provide you with an average performance in daily use without draining the battery greatly .. but its performance is not excellent.

The storage memory is of the UFS 2.1 type, and this is a reasonable type, and it helps the mobile phone that its performance is reasonable.. The animations are very tangible, I wish they were a little less.. but they are stable.

The SD680 processor is not intended for gamers, but it can run a PUBG game without problems on medium graphic settings without any irritation or excessive heat.

Safety and other factors:

The fingerprint is on the power button.. Its performance is very good and fast, and the Face Unlock is fast.

The mobile phone has an additional microphone to isolate noise.. and the sound of the mobile phone is mono, not stereo, but the sound is loud.. and the bass in it is not the best thing.

Unfortunately, the mobile phone does not have a gyroscope sensor..and a software proximity sensor because there is no place on the upper edge..I tried it on calls, its performance is reasonable, but it is not the best thing.

As for Wi-Fi networks and communication, they are the best networks you can try on any mobile in this category.

The Battery

The mobile battery comes with a capacity of 5000 mAh .. its performance is very good, this mobile is difficult to separate with charging during the day .. it can exceed 9 hours with an open screen.

Also, the charger that comes with the mobile phone comes with a capacity of 40 watts.. It charges half of the battery in an hour, which is a good time.

Cameras:

The rear camera is 50 mega-pixels with an F/1.8 lens slot..with a 2-megapixel lens with an F/2.4 macro lens and the last 2-megapixel camera with an F/2.4 lens slot for isolation, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an F/2.0 lens slot.

When I tried the cameras, I found that the mobile phone produces normal pictures with a medium amount of detail, with medium colors, and the Dynamic Range is slightly below average.

The selfie is a little modest.. This is normal for an 8 MP camera, so you should not expect a strong performance.

As for shooting videos, the mobile shoots at 1080p quality at 30 frames per second.. The mobile phone has an additional microphone to isolate noise.. Unfortunately, there is no optical stabilizer.
